The list of quack scientists who attempt to refute Charles Darwin is increasingly on the rise. It now appears that any cousin fucking fundie can become a scientist, using Genesis as their scientific jump off place in the eyes of any Christian church. Renaming creationism to intelligent design is like my renaming my Sunfire GT to a Dodge Viper SRT-10. Who exactly do these idiots think they’re fooling (aside from their brain dead flock)?

In the above link, Kathy Martin claims that evolution has been proven false and that Intelligent Design (snicker) is science based and factually sound. Of course she has nothing backing this up and freely admits it. Yeah Kathy, Don’t let something as insignificant as fucking facts stand in the way of your campaign you intellectually bankrupt, fraction of a notion imbecile. Facts and evidence mean absolutely nothing to fundies. They seem to labour under the delusion that they can simply pull any half baked proverb out of their ass and somehow make it factual. This is the intellectual level of people in charge of educating children in Kansas. Kathy, it must be so nice living in your head with Peter Pan and Mr. Bunny.
Gerald Schroeder insists on dabbling in science like a 9 year old playing with a chemistry set he got for Christmas. Why does every creationist sound like a desperate vacuum cleaner salesman. I can understand how they can win over fundies, but it’s insulting to the rest of the world with an IQ that surpasses 87.
Schroeder’s calculation as to the 6 days of creation is as follows : Tn = 1.6 x 010/2n
where n =1 for the First day of creation, n=2 for the Second day, etc., and Tn is the duration of the "day" of creation number n on our time scale, expressed in the number of conventional years. According to Schroeder there is no need to substantiate the reason for the gradual decrease of the rate of time flow. No authentic scientist could reconcile themselves to not investigating every variant within a theory in the manner that these fundies attempt to do.
Demski continues to ignore comments and critique from intellectuals and valid scientists and mathematicians. Only a desperate creationist could attempt to displace an empirical material of evolutionary biology with mathematical theorems or equations. Dembski’s attempt to play chess with a pair of dice and poker chips should be an embarrassment to the anyone who has even a vague belief in creationism, let alone anyone who sees reason and logic.
And how can we discuss fundamental Christians without grazing their incessant sanitization of history such as their claim that Charles Darwin recanted on his death bed. The only person present when Darwin died was his daughter and she maintains that her father at no point abandoned his work and theory.
I can only imagine what goes through the mind the true scientific community when they encounter claims by people like Dembski, Schroeder, Behe and Hovind, when it can raise the ire of a simple layman like me. As for Hovind, the only thing that is apparent there is with 2 million sperm in the average ejaculation, it boggles anyone's mind how he managned to swim the fastest.

if you want to beleive that you came from monkeys instead of the Lord, I feel really sorry for you. I know theirs a place in heaven when I'm gone and I'm thankfull I won't have to see you there.
We did not come from monkeys you mental midget. they're at the forefront of evolution just like humans are. Nothing alive today is an ansestor of ours. If it is so wrong and trivial, why rant and rave about it? If they are
wrong, who cares? If they are right many can rue the fact in hell. If you have taken a physics course it is hard not to believe in God. Doesn't mean any of us understand His timeline or how we came into being. Since God is all-powerful, perhaps his plan called for evolution to occur just as it did. --smike
